Google Bad Review:  Do not go here! I have been a loyal customer here for ages but will never go again and neither will my colleagues, all of whom were also regulars. I have had the exact same treatment here (gel manicure) four times within the last three months. Every time it has been £28 and today they charged £38 for a manicure which lasted 30 minutes, which is of standard quality. I should make clear it was the exact same treatment- nothing new. The girl who did my nails was lovely, but the man on the front desk is just awful at his job.

I would usually have no problem paying the price but the man actually said to me “well you must have underpaid last time so I could ask you to pay that back but I won’t”. His rudeness has lost a loyal customer.

He said that a gel only is £28 and a gel manicure is £38. I have always had the EXACT same treatment and paid £28 (cuticles cut, nails filed, and gel). Apparently I should not have used the word manicure because that gave him permission to charge an extra £10 for nothing extra to what I have always had.

It is not even a particularly nice salon and I have no idea why they think they can charge so much. Feels very dodgy in there too, the man is always on the phone and talks awfully to his staff.

Go to Go Glam on Strutton Ground instead. It's not only a much nicer quality salon with nicer staff but it's also cheaper.

If the man on the desk is the manager- I pity you because you will cause your business to fail with your rude, arrogant persona and awful business acumen. If he is not the manager, then management need to hire a replacement because this man is the worst possible advert for your company.

Google Bad Review 1:  He is the most unprofessional hairdresser who I’ve ever been to. First of all he has no functioning phone line which is really bizarre for a hair dressing salon. He also does not have a secretory. If you want to reach him you have to contact his mobile phone to make an appointment or do it via treatwell website.
If you want to ruin your hair, go to this hairdresser who has the worst attitude towards his customers, and also really rude and unwelcoming. He did not listen to me about what I wanted and could not deliver even though I kept saying what I want my hair to look like. Instead he became really hostile that made me feel really uncomfortable as if I was the one who did something wrong. He has no idea what he is doing with hair. I am absolutely unhappy and unsatisfied with his “job” and customer service and because of what he did to my hair, I am now desperately looking for another hair dresser to fix his mess. Please avoid going to this hell and spend your money and time somewhere that treat you nicely. I wont be going back there. This was my first and last experience in this hell which was so disappointing.

He has anger management issues and he is unable to do his job without getting nervous and angry. He made me feel so tense during my session and didn’t do what I asked for. I am really unhappy with my hair and mostly his attitude.
Please avoid going to his salon if you care about your hair and your wellbeing.

Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT BOOK! 7 of us arrived in London and went to an address to collect keys for the apartment. The address was a news agent, the manager didn’t know anything about the booking and said the owner Michael keeps doing this. I had no contact for Michael, we were stranded. The newsagent eventually gave us his mobile, Michael answered and said there had been a water leak and all bookings were cancelled. Having looked through other reviews on google I can see this has happened a number of times. After 4hrs we resorted to staying an a different apartment which was horrible; whole trip ruined by this experience. Prior to our arrival Michael sent me emails which was meant for another party renting the apartment; I was concerned before we arrived but hoped it would be ok. My gut feel is double bookings are taking place to earn more money. Very let down.

1 JULIO 2019. Una completa ESTAFA por parte del alojamiento. Un tal Michael nos llama el mismo día que llegábamos a Londres que el casero nos cancelaba unilateralmente la reserva “porque no le habían pagado”, cuando el pago estaba hecho desde el mes de abril, tanto de la estancia como del depósito de 300 libras que tuvimos que transferir a la propiedad porque ésta decía que si no se le transfería este dinero la reserva no tenía validez. Este sujeto nos dice que iba a hacer todo lo posible para poder ubicarnos en otro sitio y que por las molestias causadas nos invitaba a cenar. Llegamos al alojamiento y de casualidad nos encontramos con este señor, con unas pintas lamentables, y cuyo único empeño era invitarnos a cenar, cosa a la que nosotros nos negábamos una y otra vez porque lo que queríamos era solucionar el tema del alojamiento. Nos mareó por todo el distrito de Westminster haciendo como el que buscaba donde alojarnos (un horror por cierto cada uno de ellos) y erre que erre con lo de la cena, hasta que finalmente le tuvimos que decir que se olvidara de nosotros, que no queríamos cena y que tampoco nos daba ninguna solución un sábado por la noche con 5 niños que iban con nosotros. Por parte de Expedia todo genial puesto que nos ubicaron en cuanto les pusimos en conocimiento de lo que nos estaba sucediendo.
