Google Bad Review 1: Such stupid slow service. Not good if you are in a group trying to order food.

Google Bad Review (2): Visited Silver Cross on Sat 26 March 22 for a meal and drinks. Ordered 3 main courses however Chef was incapable of following basic instructions and two meals had to be returned. First meal ordered was Chicken Burger with no tomatoes. Second meal was Hunters Chickens. Chicken burger arrived with tomatoes which bar staff noted but chef failed to acknowledge. Chips which accompanied Hunters Chicken were stone cold. It would appear to me that the Chef cannot cope with food orders when pub is busy. No apology from staff who served meals. Appauling meal and customer service needs vast improvement. Have been to this bar numerous times, however this will be my last visit.
