Google Bad Review:  This service from a potential Employee perspective is absolutely terrible, cut a long story short the manager foe one of the homes lied to me and told me she processed my DBS when she did not, I was emailing her to query the STATUS of my “DBS” and she kept ignoring my emails, anyway I called the DBS Depa2ans they clarified three times they have not received any DBS application, if there is 0 application then it was never with the Police or at any stage. So for people wishing to sign up to work for this agency DONT. They will make you wait and waste your time which is extremely spiteful because SUJINA the Registered Manager knew exactly what she was doing BE CAREFUL SHE ACTS NICE ON THE PHONE BUT SPITEFUL BEHIND THE SCENES

Google Bad Review:  I called requesting a quote to fix a boiler. I repeatedly asked if there would be a fee for having the engineer come look/give a quote and was repeatedly told, by the admittedly friendly attendant, that there was no “call out fee”. Once we got to the booking stage I was asked for my card details – “oh but don't worry, we only charge once we start the work”. I enquired as to why they needed this to “secure the booking” since I had no idea of cost and did not know if I would ask them to start any work. I was then after hold put through to a much less professional person, who repeatedly talked over me to state that while there is no “call out fee” there is a minimum fee for them to come out and give a quote. She failed to see how that was indeed what I had enquired about in the beginning. If they had been more transparent I would have been tempted by the fee, but this behaviour just shows they are unprofessional and likely to charge much more than they reveal upfront. Avoid!

Google Bad Review:  I called requesting a quote to fix a boiler. I repeatedly asked if there would be a fee for having the engineer come look/give a quote and was repeatedly told, by the admittedly friendly attendant, that there was no “call out fee”. Once we got to the booking stage I was asked for my card details – “oh but don't worry, we only charge once we start the work”. I enquired as to why they needed this to “secure the booking” since I had no idea of cost and did not know if I would ask them to start any work. I was then after hold put through to a much less professional person, who repeatedly talked over me to state that while there is no “call out fee” there is a minimum fee for them to come out and give a quote. She failed to see how that was indeed what I had enquired about in the beginning. If they had been more transparent I would have been tempted by the fee, but this behaviour just shows they are unprofessional and likely to charge much more than they reveal upfront. Avoid!

Google Good Review:  So impressed with Dennis and his team. They fixed a leak on our conservatory, reroofed a porch and pointed the front of our house. They also reroofed next door. They had a large team who worked flat out and did an amazing job. Dennis is an outstanding project manager as well as being a knowledgeable roofer and builder. They turn up early, and waste no time. Their work is of exceptional quality. Coupled with the fact they are friendly and undemanding, what's not to like? Dennis went over and above, sourcing a single side tile from reclamation as one was accidently broken. I recommend this company very highly indeed.
