Google Bad Review 1:  Worst spa I have ever been to. Shame for the therapists as they are lovely but the owner is not a nice man. Abusive messages left on phone accusing of not turning up to appointments which I had already had. Having spent an entire afternoon there prior to a holiday now told I am not welcome having not turned up when I spent £200 in one go. Very very strange behaviour from an independent business you would expect to value custom – they may need to update their computer systems. Nail therapists are good, awful tanning experience. My advice is to go elsewhere where for good service and a business that understands customer service and loyalty
