Google Bad Review: Shocking! Sold a mini which lasted 3 weeks then wouldn’t work, was told to buy a new battery, worked for a month then stopped again, contacted these and were told to bring it back, they keep finding different faults even though it has now passed its MOT. After 10 days of ceased communications we now have another issue…
‘I would like to explain the reasons your car has been in parts of London. When we have been working on the BCU we quite often have to do road test and more often than not a ten minute road test is not sufficient so we would try to use a car as much so we can to be satisfied that the repairs we have carried out have been successful. Unfortunately in the case of your car we have encountered many issues with the BCU. We are still trying to get to the bottom of the problem and are waiting for a unit that we have sent of to be re-programmed. We would say hopefully have the car fully functioning mid next week.’
We have also received 2 fines where they have been driving it around for what ever reason?
They have had our car for 2 months now!
We are now contacting trading standards to seek our money back
