I wasn’t told until the job was completed that the taps were the wrong way round so now the hot is the cold etc. As my client is 90 yrs old I explained that this is a health and safety issue and can they come and fix it. My texts are now being ignored so no, I’m not at all happy. A professional would not do this !
I wasn’t asking it for free I was told it would be another £65 but like I say no response from Abi
