The are so shamed of themselves they even changed their name, they used to be named Lourdes Estate Agents.

—edits: They are threatening to file a lawsuit against me based on what I said haha, classic tricks trying to scare you off, people if you don't know the law, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I hereby declare that I am executing my right that is freedom of speech. These are my genuine and truthful experience with Lourdes Estate Agents, reference available on request.

Zero Star agent, they are landlord's dog when coming to the tenancy deposit deduction, want a brand new TV when landlord's trash 13 years(age confirmed) old one broke down? Ha, they are just chancing your money with TDS. Further tenant be aware, avoid it like plague.

Despite countless time I have asked them to provide me the model and age of the TV, they send me a model of a BRAND NEW TV. While I check the BRAND NEW TV on ebay and send my surprise to them, here is what they said
“Dear ,

For the last time the landlord will not be purchasing the TV from Ebay.
”

Since when did I ask them to purchase it from ebay? I am just comparing the price, this is the professionalism and patient you will get when you trying to solve a problem 🙂
