Google Bad Review 1:  Treatment only starts after the second session. I was sent away for the first 2 weeks with no treatment even though I was in considerable pain. I then consulted another service closer to home and they did an initial consultation and immediate treatment on the first consultation. Felt very disappointed that I had paid £60 with Proback but no treatment for 2 weeks running. Further disappointed in the fact that their treatment sessions only last 10 minutes. My local osteopath offers 30 minutes minimum. After my first session with them I already feel better. I would not recommend Proback and urge people to do their research. the electronic treatment wasn't even offered to me. I've given the service a one star because I was DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. The duration of treatment (10 minutes?) is nowhere to be seen in their literature and neither is the fact that treatment typically begins in week 3. This in my view is VERY MISLEADING. Beyond this I found the receptionist less than helpful and very surly.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had the displeasure of booking two consultation sessions at this proback clinic and going in mid February 2019.

My Appointment started late on my first visit (X-rays and muscle tests)which was highly inconvenient.

On the second visit the appointment started 20 minutes late and the customer service was extremely rude.

I was then given an explanation of my x-rays and muscle tests however there was no indication of what exercises I should follow to rectify my problem.

I was told for these exercises I have to book further sessions which to me defies the point of the consultation (2 sessions = £60).

I would highly advise against using this clinic as the customer service is subpar and they seem to be a money spinning operation that doesn’t care for its clients.
