Google Bad Review:  Absolutely terrible! I wanted to help my aunty find her a property, she has been very unwell past few years and she was looking to move with her two children. I enquired about a property and they said that they wasn’t doing any viewing for it, so I said I would call back the week after. Today I called them and they said the property has been let agreed to someone already. Before I could kindly ask about more properties or if they could help me in any way, the agent hung up while I was asking the question, saying “bye bye now” very rude and unhelpful. I’ve had good experience with other estate agents but this one of by far the worst. Very dissatisfied by the way I have been treated and I hope no one else that needs a home is being treated in this disgusting manner.

Google Bad Review:  Used to live in a room next to the common room while doing a full time Masters in medical field. The parties overnight never stopped – although I was promised that the living room was locked during the night, which was not true. The noise of the parties coming from the shared room and and corridor was so high I could not sleep and had to deal with drunk undergraduates (sometimes 20). The smell in the morning and a mess was a horror – the shared toilet is nearby. Also very expensive hall and sometimes they had problem with heating. I think at the end undergraduates and I were happy I left in December.

Google Bad Review:  It's been three days without any running water and the management response has been shockingly poor. Not only have updates on the situation been unclear and inconsistent, the front desk staff refuse to give any contact information for higher management at iQ, and criticise students for asking when the water will be back. It is the contractors job to answer these questions. We've had no access to functioning showers or toilets, no way to wash any dishes or anything. For the price of these studios there really needs to be compensation, and if there is I will remove this review. This is a breach of contract as this accommodation has been made essentially uninhabitable and we should have been moved to a hotel. While the conditions have horrible, the zero empathy from staff is especially unfortunate. They get to go home and have running water so it's really unfair to be treated so unkindly when we can't even flush our toilets.

Google Bad Review 1:  Suck..don’t choose this accommodation..or you will face many problems ..equipment issues, 2am fire alarms, and if you want to bring your friends to your home.. they have many ways to notice you to pay extra fee or they won’t let your friends enter ..what a nice place:)

Google Bad Review (2):  There is nobody on reception when you need anything. There is no security. There has been an ongoing toilet problem with leaks in the rooms and carpets are wet but they don’t do anything about it. They make rules up as they go along and say it is in the contract when it isn’t (eg it doesn’t say anywhere you are not allowed friends over but apparently when your friends travel to London to stay with you they get turned away at the gate due to new made up rules). There was also no hot water for 4 days a few weeks ago and we got little more than an email to say sorry.
