Google Bad Review 1:  Do not recommend. Initial misunderstandings were sorted with a visit from Oliver Newell. Since then plans were produced and submitted for planning approval. After this a planning approval was obtained but from then on things went downhill.
I spotted several mistakes on the plans which were never corrected. After months of toing and froing I gave up. The last contact I had was when a plan was sent to me with the elevation showing a different construction to the plan. When I asked for this to be corrected I was asked to point it out. I said, look at the plans yourself and gave up. Spent more money getting somebody else to do a much more professional job.

Google Bad Review 1:  I'm sorry I have to change my previous 5* review for this business. They helped me secure planning permission for my loft conversion, however, the plan they produced were completely off compliance to building regulations rules. We started our project, ignorantly then all the problems began. It was then very hard to reach them, and after I managed to reach them, they couldn't provide the solution to the issues on site. I also got a structural engineer from them who never came to site even when I suggested I would pay him for the visit. The building control engineers came back several times with queries on both structural and architectural designs which they couldn't resolve until I had to get another structural engineer and a new architectural firm to resolve the problem, costing me an extra £5500.

My honest opinion, I don't think I would recommend thier services to anyone after my experience.

Google Bad Review (2):  Was told by the company my application submitted to Council on 22 March and need to wait maximum 8 weeks for the application to go through so I planned the work. Only until 11 April I was told by the company that my application was just successfully registered and I need to wait for another 8 weeks. Why it took more than two weeks to successfully submit an application. I asked the team to coordinate with the council to see if can get a early decision , but nothing happened so I have to contact the case office myself. I was later blamed that I shouldn't contacted the case officer myself and that's why an unreasonable condition has been attached to my planning permission. I asked the company to engage with the case office to remove the condition, but waited more than 2 weeks no response. Called twice today, told that they did called but couldn't do much and I need to call the case officer myself. Very disappointed about the way the whole thing has been dealt. No active communication during the whole process, and now I have to appeal for the condition myself

Google Bad Review 1:  Do not recommend. Initial misunderstandings were sorted with a visit from Oliver Newell. Since then plans were produced and submitted for planning approval. After this a planning approval was obtained but from then on things went downhill.
I spotted several mistakes on the plans which were never corrected. After months of toing and froing I gave up. The last contact I had was when a plan was sent to me with the elevation showing a different construction to the plan. When I asked for this to be corrected I was asked to point it out. I said, look at the plans yourself and gave up. Spent more money getting somebody else to do a much more professional job.

I had so bad experience with Summitarchitec and thousands of pounds out of pocket with out progress what so ever so I just gave up. I would strongly recommend tha you do your resarch better than I did, if you want to get your project complete on time not two years or never!!!!!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  I would severely warn against using this firm – i used them 3 years ago to do a loft extension. They got the drawings completely wrong which meant all the steels had to be re-ordered, new staircase built and i was left with the bill. Project took well over a year past the original date and the firm did nothing to help with the contract builder they suggested – Bujar Derguti – i would never ever use either the firm or builder again and ended up paying over 3 times what was originally agreed, either that or no house. DO NOT USE
