Google Bad Review 1:  *DO NOT USE* ESPECIALLY THROUGH THESE TIMES. Mishandled and smashed my TV while wearing no protective gloves or having any consideration for social distance. When I called I was told “crack on with a claim if you want you won’t get anywhere” still no consideration or call back from anyone. Will be taking further, not a company you want operating with those kind of policies in place through COVID.

Google Bad Review (2):  The worst company i have ever had to dealt with
they first inform me i can fit my items in 15m2, then they tell me 3 days before my move that this may need to be upgraded to 25 which means paying almost double price, i tell them that i dont want an upgrade and their response is then we will cancel your request

the commercial Voke is an extremely rude person that not only shouted at me over the phone and did not even allow me to talk and find solutions,
but which cancelled directly my request 3 days before moving without giving me any solution

his comment was: sorry we will not take only the items that fit in 15 m2, so we will cancell, he hang up and sent me an email with a cancellation

all of this after i had been talking to the company for the past month and reserved very long in advance. also i told me i needed them to pack for me since i am 6 months pregnant and at the moment i have only received a cancellation information in the middle of pregnancy, 3 days before moving to Paris which i have never seen in any company before

i would suggest never to contract with this company

and i will definitely sue them and ask for liabilities since i need to leave my house in London in 3 days and they have cancelled everything that was already confirmed.
