Google Bad Review 1:  Unprofessional, rude staff & Customer Service!

They were all the times came to our table and kept asking “have you finished” while we were still chewed our food on our mouths, some food and a bottle of wine still on the table and even we ordered another bottle of wine. And they kept asking the same questions and said “do you guys want to take this food away with you”
I mean for real ?????!
And many more very disturbing, I’ve been traveling a lot and dine/eat in many restaurants but this is I couldn’t explain more it was just unbelievable poor service!
The decorations are good and the ambience could be better if the staff has a better manners.
I’m sorry Shaka Lulu, the place is great but just the Costumer Services are so poor!

Google Bad Review (2):  Very poor reception and not made very welcome. Once sat down it was obvious they wanted to get rid of us, I presume they wanted the table. The deal was so called 3 course but found out on the day we had to pay extra for sides with main meal. All food was mass produced I enjoy weatherspoons food more. When we left the table to finish our drinks in the lounge we were told by the gestapo we should have paid first. Then she put a Service charge on the bill, unbelievable, waste of money but worse a waste of time. Luckily our hotel made up got it and we had a good time in London. I checked the terms and conditions on Wowcher and it makes no mention you would have to pay extra to make a complete meal. So I won't be trusting Wowcher for any deals now.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very disappointed about the dining experience tonight as a frequent customer with family and friends.I totally respect the dress code at the miller & carter restaurants to attract a certain client and Atmosphere with a “no sports wear code” however I feel my clothing that evening was not in my Opinion and the opinion of another M&C non Offensive and it was less of a tracksuit than a smart black pair of trainers, black smart black Trousers which had a white strip running down them (designer not Addias or gym joggers) and a jumper( not a hoodie or sports brand) this is typical smart wear and personality I don’t think jeans are particularly smart when left open to Abbreviation with any old top. I had dressed to go out for a meal Not for the gym and to be told to pop home and change was not something I feel I should of been told. as a family we had no choice but to leave as I don’t keep a spare pair of ripped jeans in the car to get me In. we went to another miller and carter that night… had no problem with my dress code we had a lovely meal and I wasn’t chased out the building so you tell me. situations like that a judgement call has to be made as I wasn’t wearing a track suit/sports wear nor jeans but not trousers so I strongly believe that was the wrong one, but as I say we went to another miller and carter which clearly had a manger with a little more Experience in making that call. Any feedback from you would be great however if it’s to remind me of your dress code please don’t bother. Hugely disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very disappointed when my boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday, it was half price cocktails so we took advantage and ordered 6 each in total throughout our meal. The waitress then came and told us we were unable to order any more. It would be different if we were really drunk and disturbing everyone but we wasn’t. They are tiny glasses as well. They said they had a responsible drinks policy to follow but why do half price cocktails then? Maybe the barman didn’t want to make any more cocktails

But this one time I ordered from there and the driver delivered a completely different order from a different postcode. I called the driver & he said the restaurants gave the wrong bag. I called the restaurant and they’ve completely denied it & said the driver took two bags & switched the order. Then they said the driver actually took one bag but took the wrong bag. Firstly they’re not taking accountability of their Actions, then the worker was defensive. They were blaming the driver and haven’t apologised for once for their mistakes. This has to be one of the worse experiences I had with a restaurant worker. I understand I get a refund from UberEats but the service charge I paid for was a waste. I was more angry because my little sister was really excited for the food but she couldn’t eat anything. She got upset and never had dinner.

Google Bad Review (2):  Went on Saturday 07th December with my family late evening. Female waitress was really rude, short blonde hair. Could not care that we was first waiting near the entrance for 5 minutes whilst she walked around, secondly gave us a seating where was not suitable for high chair as she said the back area is closed, BUT she put other guests there after we came. Had to ask for a kids menu even when she saw two kids with us. she was not fussed at all. food was bland and under cooked. i miss the old steak and lobster. the portions were huge and staff was much nicer- the two waiters was nice.
Shame- was a regular and now all of a sudden, they have branded their cutlery and think they are posh! GET RID OF THAT LADY! SHE WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS!

Google Bad Review 1:  So Saturday a group of work colleagues decided to go to Temper City after two friends had been a couple weeks earlier and raved about the place, the food and ambiance.
Checked the website and the offer still read, bottomless bbq and drinks for 90min £….
Well turns out bottomless bbq doesn't mean bottomless bbq after all, the table was given one platter of bbq selection and told by the manager that only the drinks were bottomless for the 90min, this was due to them making a loss on the food.
Not happy being deceived by false advertising Temper City no matter how creatively you write it, you created a perception, and being fobbed off by your staff.

Google Bad Review (2):  My sister and I came on Thursday evening to celebrate our birthday. It was my second time and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The service was incredibly slow and when my pork rib finally came it was cold. I sent it back and they reheated it. I would have expected a new pork rib as opposed to the one I had already eaten from. My sister ordered a glass of red wine, however by the time she got her wine, she has almost finished her steak. To add to this, when we received our bill around 40 mins after we asked for it we noticed that we were overcharged for our cocktails! Not a great experience the second time round and unfortunately will not be returning.

Google Bad Review 1:  The waiters took long to come to our table. When we got our appetizers they didn't bring plates for us to have the meal. My husband had to get up from his seat to ask for plates. At the end of our meal, my husband again had to get up to tell someone we wanted the bill. The waiter came a long time after and barely apologized for the delay. Not interested in going there again. The food was nothing special.
