Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst experience too. I want my money back. We paid for our test under 48 Hours that was last Thursday we are now Monday and still no result, that is way over 50 hours and more like 5 days. Those tests are now meaningless.
You need to do a full reimbursement of those test not honouring your promises not even delivering any result and the 19th was a Saturday we did our test on Thursday…. Avoid using those people
