Google Bad Review: Having called the office to discuss an issue, I was asked to repeat what had been discussed in an email. An email was sent disclosing the issue and its time sensitive nature. No response was given, a colleague later called and was told that there was no record of my email. A second call then lead to the email mysteriously being found. The office staff weren't helpful, quotes can't be given over the phone and business has since been taken elsewhere.
