Google Bad Review (2):  Purchased the ‘seattle’ sofa. So disappointed. The cushions are rock hard, uncomfortable and lose their shape each time we sit on them. We have turn them & plump them every day. The sofa in the showroom certainly felt completely different. The fabric stains even with a slight water spill. We spent a lot of money on this sofa – I wish we’d never walked into this store.
