Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid like the plague. Got my appointment wrong first of all and cancelled at the last minute. I was then sent to someone who wasn't a specialist in the problem I had but took the appointment as I wanted to get seen quickly. Gave insurance detailed to the “concierge” team who didn't pass any information on. When I saw the physio I got an aggressive start almost refusing to discuss anything until my details had been resent. Then had a very aggressive start to the consultation. I got up and walked out and glad I did. So many great physios around but this place is a dinosaur. Significantly worse than any NHS physio I've been to. Dont waste your time or money,
