Google Bad Review 1:  One of the worst experiences of my entire week

Google Bad Review (2):  Appalling customer service, rude and unhelpful manager. Went there to get refund at 5.45pm, was told a manager was needed. Female manager comes up at 6.08pm who says she needs to call Home Delivery to confirm cancellation before refund can be issued. She calls and after one minute on the phone says “sorry they say there is a 20 minute wait, and we are now closedâ€?. Even though I have had to wait for her for over 20 minutes, because of the appalling customer care.

Her manner was rude, unhelpful, patronising and boardered on lazy. Telling me I could cross LONDON to another branch or return the following day. When I passed the shop later at 6.30pm it was still serving a customer in there and so could have easily dealt with my refund. I’m in shock at the appalling store and especially this manager’s attitude.
