Google Bad Review (2):  To say the service and communication was dispicable would be a understatement. My father was admitted after having a mild stroke apparently. Not once during his week long stay did the hospital think about contacting his concerned family. When you could finally get through on the phone it took my brother 10 minutes to get the receptionist to understand how to spell Russell. After explaining to the receptionist my father couldn't speak she suggested my father could phone us and explain his care plan!!! Finally he was transferred to another hospital without anyone informing us or thinking of giving us any information. As yet I an my family are still in the dark, still don't know who to contact or even what ward he's on at the new hospital. He went in with a mild stroke with issues with speech and balance, now he is hallucinating, can't eat or urinate, loosing weight none of which were ever an issue before he was admitted to this place. Its not a hospital rather resembles a dodgy back street garage. My heart goes out to anyone who ever has to attend this place.
