Google Bad Review 1:  I have been here 2 times before for a couples massage and it has been great but this monday our experience was horrible the rooms were cold even after asking them to turn the heat up. The massage only caused more pain to my partner and now he has intense back pain. I wouldnt even give you guys one star very poor training of staff!! What we recieved was definitely not a massage at all!!! I am very disappointed it was not worth the money at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  I booked a deep tissue massage yesterday with this spa for myself and my mum. We were running late, due to heavy traffic in Wembley (as there always is) so I kept in constant contact with the spa to inform them that I was stuck in traffic but on my way and not once did the receptionist say this was an issue. We arrive and already they try to get us to do only 30mins when we booked a 1hr session. After back and forth, they agreed to do 1 hour we initially booked.

The massage was absolutely low tier, never have I had a “deep tissue” massage like this, there was nothing deep about it. The staff were extremely condescending and totally unbothered about their quality of service that I even had to tell the lady massaging my mum to massage her deeper to which she then obliged. It felt as if they were angry that we came late and were taking it out on giving us a sub tier massage. They didn't even give us a full hour's massage, but included the dressing time into it, which is ridiculous. They stopped 15 minutes before the hour was up which I've never seen before!!

Honestly, if us coming late was an issue, we were more than happy to come back another day no issues. But no one brought up cancellation at all! So for them to then accept the booking and proceed to give us a bad massage is absolutely unprofessional and quite frankly appalling. This isn't the first deep tissue massage spa that I've gone to and it's the worst of all. I'm also going to be calling in to complain about both women. I see below in these reviews that they say they have a “20 minute policy”, but customers are not mind readers. As a tip, you should mention this to all customers so they are well informed, because believe me I would've left IF i knew this was your policy.

NEVER coming back here again and will inform all my friends and family. Do not waste your money like we did!!!!
