After being badly burnt in my 3rd full face session, the owner ignored my messages when I asked to be compensated for the burns on both side of my side burns with an additional laser session as they could not laser me until the scars had gone! I have paid for my side burns and they have refused me 3 sessions and are not even compensating for this when its THEIR staff that had burnt me. Terrible
