Thought it was ideal as she’s local. Absolutely loved reading all the positive reviews.

On the first meet she asked if I had done a Lateral flow test prior to coming- she did not advise me of this. (No biggy)

I initially came to her for Aqualyx. The process for this treatment I found was professional and great.

As I was leaving, I stood by the door to block out in my calendar for a Patch test for Co2 laser for the acne and dents on my face.
I confirmed my appointment , 1 day before and she said it wasn’t booked in – even though we clearly did book. Anyway not a big deal.

We rescheduled, but this time for a consultation. After rescheduling the consultation she asks for my name. Very unprofessional and should be embarrassing on her part that she doesn’t know her own clients name despite texting via WhatsApp.

I arrived for the consultation and she again asked for my name – this isn’t on.

Anyway I still went onto asking lots of questions about the Co2 laser treatment.

1. I barely have any acne. She said I need to do full face, and I questioned why?
2. She said she will look into this and find out if she can just do both cheek line areas rather than full face. – surely she should have known the answer to this simple question and surely with experience she should know.
3. I was advised initially I would only need 1 session of co2 laser. However In the consultation she said I would need a few.
4. The Patch test pre advice- I was told it will take 48 hours. She then texted saying 2-3 days. Then when I came in for the patch test she wasn’t clear on if it’s 2 days, 3 days or 1 week from patch test to treatment.
5. The patch test experience – she kept changing the intensity to see if I felt anything. I’m no expert In this, but we were there for about 30 minutes playing with the intensity of the laser to see if I can feel anything.

Overall, she may be good in some areas but the above points didn’t give me confidence to trust her.

It’s Awful that you could forget a client name twice even though you have the number on WhatsApp and that I had invested £375 for Aqualyx + £45 for light cream .
