Google Bad Review (2):  What a rude woman! I sent my son to this Jewellers today as I had always had good experiences in the past when dealing with the man in this shop. My son had received a gold chain and pendant for his birthday but wanted to buy a more substantial chain to hold the pendant. He made a special journey to the shop and although the times said it opened at 9.30am, he waited until 9.55am until it actually opened. The woman, probably in her 50's/60's was extremely rude. He explained that he was looking for a slightly longer, heavier chain but she showed him one that was the same length as he already had. Under the impression the length that he wanted wasn't in the store he asked how thick of chain he should get to hold the pendant. The women replied saying he can figure it out himself and she didn't have the time to help as ‘she was busy and had other things to do', since he wasn't going to purchase any of the chains from the store anyway. He explained if there was longer chains in store he did actually want to buy one today. She reluctantly got out longer chains but with such a negative attitude, my son didn't want to give the store his business anymore.
