Google Bad Review 1:  The worst company I have dealt with to date! Shocking service with staff being in the office and then leaving for the day after promising you support, no one picking up the phone, Standbanner were annoyed at the purchaser for requesting details of tracking information.
Terrible, will never use again!

Google Bad Review (2):  we had a last minute offering at an expo and looked around online for a company who could deliver a pop up stand on a Tuesday in London, if they received artwork on a Friday afternoon. My colleague called them to check if it was possible and they seemed very positive and said yes, as long as they have the artwork on Friday afternoon that gives them production time over the weekend. My colleague also sent a follow up email saying that if they had any questions about artwork, to call her on Saturday as she was available… and made a call to them on Saturday (they trade on Saturdays as per their opening hours) and was told “Don't worry about it, we're used to fast turnaround it's ok and it would be shipped on Monday to arrive Tuesday. Come midday on Monday they sent an email saying there was a problem with the artwork and they couldn't do it in time. Really bad service. We've found another firm who are turning the whole thing around in under 24 hours. Had Stand Banner checked the artwork on Friday afternoon, or even Saturday as they mentioned on the phone, this stressful situation wouldn't have arisen.
