Google Bad Review 1:  If I could out 0 stars I would. I miss Bromley Copy Centre!! The customer service here is terrible. The lady that ‘helped' me with a pretty basic printing job because my home printer was broken was quite frankly incompetent, she didn't seem to know how to use their printing software or be particularly interested in trying to make it work.

Thankfully I was able to go to a place in central Bromley that had no problems and immediately completed my job with professionalism.

I will definitely not be going out of my way to go to Printrite again. Complete waste of my time, but hopefully now not one of yours.

Google Bad Review (2):  I rang them up for some assistance with printing an item and they hung up on me twice – I had to call multiple times for them to pick up again. Very disappointed with this, especially considering it would've been over £10 to print too – went elsewhere and got it done for £1.20!
