Google Bad Review 1:  They have these contracted drivers that always have an excuse of why they can’t pack or park or do their job in general. Then you call for assistance to deal with the driver, and no one ever answers. Don’t use these guys. Such a joke. Just more of the typical London “customer service.”

Google Bad Review (2):  My collection has been rescheduled twice already. Original collection day didn’t happen because the driver’s van broke, so my collection was then rescheduled to the next day. I didn’t receive a confirmation email for this rescheduled collection, even though Lovespace informed me that I would. Next day comes and the collection again did not happen because of road closures near my flat. Called Lovespace multiple times for another rescheduling (took me about 10 tries because the line is always busy) and response time to emails are very slow. Again was told that I would receive a confirmation email with an estimated timeslot for my collection, still have not received one (it is 9pm the night before my collection). Tried calling them earlier and emailing – again no response to chase up the confirmation email. Very frustrating because due to all these rescheduled collections, my (hopefully) final collection day falls on the FINAL DAY OF MY TENANCY, in other words I am unable to afford any more delays with this collection.
