Google Bad Review 1: They dont respond to emails. When they do they cant help with issues instead just passing the blame on others. Even their engineers dont know how to help! Really poor service

Google Bad Review (2): I unsubscribed from Third Eye alarms a few of years back. However, my alarm periodically triggers disturbing everyone in my block of flats. This always results in Third Eye insisting that I get my alarm serviced by an engineer at my own expense, despite the alarm being inactive. I called the office today and spoke with someone who claimed to be the office manager. She told me I had to pay for a engineer and put the phone down on me. Forcing people who no longer use their product for ‘services' is not reasonable or ethical. I will be reporting them to the trading standards.
