Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible, they called 30 minutes before slot. I said I was 10 minutes away he did not want to wait. He said he d be there at 15.00 the end of my slot (meaning by the time is done it would be much later). I said it was unprofessional, saying I ll call the office, arrogantly he replied, call whoever you want. Not paying 500 to get they bad service

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolutely horrible company. I purchased a lock for my front door in December 2019, which broke for the first time in June 2020 when a part literally just fell off. They sent someone out to repair it, but come April 2022, the lock completely stops working and I cannot lock the door at all. I call, foolishly thinking they will be helpful, and instead am told it will be a full 5 days before they can send someone out, and I have to pay a fee of £117 to repair it because it is 5 months out of warranty. Despite many complaints and pointing out that this is in fact my FRONT door and the lock is clearly defective since it has broken twice, nothing further was offered but meaningless apologies. I was put through to someone allegedly in management, who could not have been less helpful. For a company that presents itself as offering a premium service, the service is lacking entirely, as is the quality. Avoid at all costs.
