Google Bad Review 1:  Called out locksmiths twice to look at door handle & latch.
Undid the handle, cleaned it, realigned the door. Really pleased solved the issue only to find
2 1/2 weeks later the handle was beginning to fall off!
Paid out for another call out charge and handle replacement!!
Not overly happy about paying for call out again, when handle was sturdy before.

OK, now 7 months later back to the same old problem.
Should have listened to my research locksmiths, change the lock and handle.
Would have been cost effective!!

Wasted my time and money and now needs further correcting!!!
Hesitatant asking my money back, will only get ” is it my fault” again, making me feel uneasy about poor workmanship, now will go elsewhere.

In response to your reply today (2nd May 2022 7 months later) and “standard I don't know who you are”.
Most Disrespectful and Disingenuous!!!

Publicly,refer to your WhatsApp as YOU always check for history- 2 visits made.
Check your bank account- 2 call out payments made.

In fact, return funds to me for your lack of knowledge and poor workmanship.
Wouldn't want other people to endure your behaviour.

You were VERY quick to return when my neighbour called upon me to enquire about your black estate car he hit.
YOU arrived within minutes!
Stupidly or not I still contacted you,NOW YOU DISCREDIT ME online!
Yet when I asked for 2nd visit to correct the same issue it took 5 hours to respond!
