Google Bad Review 1:  I personally spent my time researching on head and neck cancer as my grandmother passed from cancer.
So, I obviously would shop in cancer research to support the charity but…

The staff are so rude, patronising and condescending.
The manager let a pregnant woman go to the toilet and I wasn’t allowed although I (was) pregnant myself.
On another occasion, one of the cashiers took my staff from my hand saying they weren’t for sale.

They don’t even have a college diploma, not to think of a university degree and act like doctors or so.

I’m shopping at British Heart Foundation now, they are so much nicer and welcoming. The prices are also low !

Google Bad Review (2):  rude staff! don’t know what they have or sell, i went by insight of a book only to come out empty handed! prices are horribly expensive for a charity shop and very messy with too many staff! often white narrated and i never feel comfortable while entering!
