Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid at all costs from repairing or buying anything. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service. I waited 2 months for a keyboard replacement, being told every week to call again the next week. I’m a busy person, this was extremely frustrating. They would never call me to give me an update. I had to chase for two months, being sent from one employee to the other, none of which knew anything about my order. I called and they hung up on me when asking for my money back. At this time, I still didn’t get my order, nor my money back, and I’ve wasted valuable hours trying to get updates. The shop owner eventually threatened to not give me my money back if I don’t remove my review. I asked which part of my review he thinks is wrong and he just threatened to come and fight me. This is a total theft and I would recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from this time-wasting scam shop.

PS – check other reviews about this shop as well as other people had the same experience. I’ve reported to police and eventually had the money paid back by the bank.

UPDATE: Covent Garden Tech falsely reported (in reviews and to the police) that they paid back the refund.

Google Bad Review (2):  DO NOT COME HERE!

Even if they offer you a price-match, do not get your phone repaired here. The guys who work here are scammers and do not provide quality service. I came to have my phone screen fixed because of a display issue, and the screen that they replaced it with was even worse as it was faulty with display issues of its own (I couldn't press the camera/flashlight button on my lock screen, there was an issue with the coloring on the screen, and a weird spot on the screen). I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed for a few days, and by the time I did, I had dropped my phone and both the screen protector they gave me and screen cracked – so clearly both of those items were of very poor quality because I have dropped my phone with other screen protectors many times and this never happened. I went back to the store to see if they could fix it – because they were going to replace it before I dropped it since the screen was clearly faulty – and the guy was incredibly rude and refused to fix it (which they were already going to do!) or refund me. I will not be giving another cent to these people, and you shouldn't either. They also never answered the phone so I spent so much time going to the store and having to come back later because they weren't there.
