Google Bad Review:  Really poor experience with Friends Pro Services. The cleaning is good but professionalism of the cleaner was worst I've ever had in the service industry. The cleaner was booked to come for 13:30 and showed up at 13:00. I was on a work call when she arrived and was unable to answer the door. When I let her in at 13:15, 15 minutes before her scheduled time, she didn't greet me but became angry with me because she had been waiting outside. I explained that she hadn't been booked to come intil 13:30, and I was on a work call and unable to answer the door. She again was extremely rude and angry, and complained she has other things to do and jobs to be at and that I was wasting her time. I was absolutely appalled someone would come into my home and treat me with such disrespect. Marta, the owner, was good to deal with and apologised for the rudeness of the cleaner, and made the cleaner apologise to me as well. I was still charged the full amount, £57 for 3 hours of cleaning, and I was a little shocked I wasn't offered a discount after such a poor experience. Thought I appreciated the apology, I didn't feel it was genuine on the cleaner's part and I won't be using this service again.
