You have given us a so called buyer who has been playing games since last November. Exchange of contract should have happened last friday, again last Tuesday and again today, but nothing has been achieved. In addition, you did not screen this buyer, and as a result he has been wasting our time for over 10 months now. We will be forwarding a formal complaint to your head office as well as the Property Ombudsman service. We are disgusted by the service we have received by your company.
You should be ashamed of how you have dealt with this matter. We have also now seen the very negative reviews left online by other people regarding your company.
