Google Bad Review (2):  Member on and off for over 4 years I think now, I've been there literally since the very first day it opened. I was usually happy with the staff there guys are very nice and friendly, but not until recently, I've encountered some rude and inconsiderate female members of staff. Focusing on personal training, taking up lots of space, not leaving much to other members, I understand it brings them more money, but it's not fair on other members. Those ladies really need to work on their customer service skills, or at least be a bit nicer, it definitely wouldn't hurt 🙂
