Google Bad Review: My mother is using this dentist clinic but NHS, therefore she recommended Dr. Ahmed Joodallah.
Fist of all I called and spoke to the receptionist who sounded Somalian from the accent. She mentioned that due to COVID19 they are not taking new patients but only private. I then asked her how much they charge for a private consultation? She asked me the reason and I told her due to my gums keep pushing up I started to have gaps between my teeth and maybe teeth whitening. She then explains that this is normal due to me getting old and age (without knowing how old I am). How dare her to discriminate me with age!! Then she tells me that she will ask the dentist if he can do crown & caps (which I did not mention that I want to do) then will call me. I told her I'm asking you a simple question which is “how much the private consultation cost? She then tells me that she has been working there for over 15 years and she knows what she's talking about? Did I really wanted to know this about her? She then takes my number and my mobile number includes “triple four” which she didn't understood what it meant!!! I gave her my name which is “Grace” how simple is this that a 5 years old can spell but I had to spell it to her.
She calls me back to tell me that the other surgery branch in Hammersmith can deal with crown, veneers and other things which she can book me for the coming Saturday the 5th of September. Is this re
receptionist in her mind or has she been on the wrong medication? To be honest I had enough of her and told her to forget it and I will be calling another private dental surgery that can give me a private consultation which I will be paying for.
By the way I had this conversation with her while on loud speaker at my office desk; which was witnessed by my other colleagues who were absolutely horrid at what they have heard.
I am extremely shocked about the service I received from the receptionist and I wonder if the dentist service there the same as the receptionist?
By the way I am not the first to complain about the service provided to me by the receptionist. I'm very surprised that the General Dentist Council are not aware of this? Bear in mind my conversation with the receptionist was heard by few witnesses; therefore if I ever get a negative reply back then I have witnesses.
