Google Bad Review: Do not rent from these. Very rude staff, our landlord actually worked for comber and co too and we had nothing but issues whilst in one of their property, from things breaking repeatedly from being done so cheaply, to being told the garden would be done by the end of March, we moved in on 3rd march and the garden wasn't usable until July when they finally did it but even then turned it into a big cat litter box of shingle after we informed them this would not be suitable with the amount of cats in the area, the membrane was still showing, the grass grew through the membrane, the garden step was broken slabs chucked together, again we was told this would be sorted and never was, we could not use the garden at all! You get charged £95 to check out!! They very slighly put this in your contract without putting the actually amount so often gets unnoticed, never have I heard of a check out fee, and one of that amount is ridiculous. Our checkout report wasn't completed until the day after we left the property and the new tenants had already moved in so their check out report was totally unacceptable and yet they still charged us for further cleaning to be done. The property was not professionally cleaned before we moved in, I had to scrub it myself, we left the house in a much better state than what we moved into and yet they still demanded money out of our deposit. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and gave them a receipt for this and yet they were trying to tell me they hadn't been cleaned, ridiculous! Very rude money grabbing staff, they will try get as much money out of you as possible for no valid reasons. Will never recommend these to anyone.
