Google Bad Review:  Horrible service with unreasonable staff. Allow anyone to book appointments online (current Specsavers customer or not) and then penalise customers for not knowing key information that should of been explained prior to the appointment. I was not told that in order to have a contact lens check I would need an eye test first. I was refused to be seen and the staff were very unreasonable despite me having wasted contact lenses to arrive at the appointment. I knew my prescription off by heart but this was also disregarded as they needed “proof”. Which is confusing as wouldn’t I be the expert on my own eyes…They don’t seem to value customer service here and I won’t be going back. I advise people to stick to their independent opticians and save yourself the hassle despite how convenient it may seem.
