Google Bad Review: My elderly parents were recommended this Service through their regular plumber who was unable to visit their property to rectify their heating issue due to the current fuel issue. They (parents) have stocked a part that needed replacing previously, at no point were they advised of costs or given office details to prepare them for the bill they were about to receive. Communication was terrible. The star is issued on the fact that they advised the engineer what needed replacing and supplied it to him.
The heating was fixed admittedly but on the whole shocking customer service and if I could give zero stars I would, the vulnerable should be treated with precise and clear information!
