Google Bad Review: This agency is not even deserving 1 star.
I have been living for 4 years in one of the properties that they manage. With my housemates, we are only staying because the landlady is careful with us and pays attention to our enquiries and we have so much invested of ourselves in the house… but always WEEKS or even MONTHS after the agency has decided to move even one finger.
And as they are in-between, we are kind of stuck and they refuse to provide us our landlady contact despite we are entitled by law to have them.
We have to chase them all the time… for them to chase contractor to come to fix something in the house, etc… Last experience : on-going, we have to provide them ANOTHER copy of our house key (to get someone in the house to fix something after 3 weeks of enquirieS) as they have apparently lost it for the second or third time in A YEAR… this is how careful and professional they are about the properties they manage.
Definitely not an agency to go to or work with….
