Google Bad Review 1:  A huge disappointment!!

I worked with Kris, and sent several referrals his way, which are, or were clients of his – throughout our time working with him, even though we sent clients through – there was zero interest to communicate when we had urgent matters, and a severe lack of interest to help.

Even when we were ready to cut ties, and handover to the new accountant – he was pushing for payment of the next month’s invoice, and withholding documents that are owned by our company.

He also – which was a huge embarrassment to himself – left a review on our company’s website (which is technically defamation) and emailed a childish email to our new accountant about us leaving him.

There’s getting a bit upset losing a client, we all do, but to grow a business, you need to show some professional decorum and class.. a public throwing out of one’s toys from one’s pram is a bit much…
