Google Bad Review: COmplete shambles. AVOID.
I book a room. Am a bit worried I don't get a confirmation email so I phone up….. “Marc Thomas for tonight.. Oh yes youre fine. well send something to you”. I arrive at the hotel and there's no reception to sort anything out, I phone them up, no trace of my reservation, I have to explain this 8 different times to different people. They ask me to send in any proof. So I send my credit card statement. They promise to phone me back as I'm in the street waiting to go in the hotel. But they don't. I get an email saying “we don't have any room at the hotel, but we can offer you a more expensive room at a hotel the other side of the city if you want, we will charge you more than you could book it online for though” .
