Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute shambles.
My laptop was with them for almost a month and remained un-fixed. They were terrible at communicating with me, I'd phone them in the morning for a status update and they would promise to call me back in the afternoon, and would never do so. They said they would back up my hard drive at no extra cost, and didn't. There was a further complication which meant they had to send my laptop somewhere, they didn't inform me of this beforehand, and when I finally came in, like I said almost a month later to pick it up, they let me take it away, I got halfway down the road before they called to say they had forgot to put half the screws back in. Watching the guy work did not put me at ease as he obviously did not have a clue. Nice enough people and they gave me a full refund, but If you value your machine I wouldn't take it anywhere near them

Google Bad Review (2):  This company also trades as ACER LAPTOP REPAIR but is NOT an Acer service centre despite mimicking the branding.

He had my computer for over a month and never once phoned to give me an update. For days at a time he was un-contactable and there were several occasions where I was genuinely concerned that something untoward was going on. I don’t doubt that he’s capable of repairs and that he tried to fix my computer (quoted a good price too) but the website email does not work and he does not respond to text or answer the phone on most occasions and it leaves you feeling exceptionally uncomfortable.

Basically, no communication at all.

For very simple repairs, it’s a good price and he seems capable. He returned my unfixed computer free of charge and well packaged, though I had to pay for a missed pick up from another repairer because it was late (and again no response to my texts requesting an amended ETA). After a month of leasing fees, having to pay for a pick-up that was missed and lost time at work running around trying to contact him – it wasn't a cheap venture… and I still have a broken laptop!
