Google Bad Review (2): I've been a regular for massages and nails for over a year. However, yesterday I was told, suddenly, they can't do my nails as I asked – as I have before. The girl didn't know how to do it. So I had to wait 10 more minutes until they got someone else. Except she was so stressed and telling me how they don't get booked enough time with customers to do the nails the way I asked. So, it was so rushed she got it all wrong. I felt bad correcting her because she was stressed and I kept thinking that maybe she's doing it this way on purpose but it'll end up looking like I'm used to – it didn't. Eventually I told her this isn't how it's meant to look and she said it's too late to fix it. I told her numerous times I was unhappy with it, she told reception, of course they still charged me full price. I was extremely upset but agreed to pay because they said they'll be in touch with me. Some time later I got an email telling me they'll have it fixed for me if I come in during the next 2 days – funny, since I told them repeatedly I'm away for the weekend and returning on Monday, they knew. I wanted the nails looking okay for an event on Tuesday.
But if I come in after those two days they offered to give me 20% off, which is £36. Still far more expensive than most places for nails in the area, only to have their own mistake – fixed. What a joke.
This place used to actually care but now they squeeze in so many people at once, running their employees to the ground and the standards have dropped massively. To top it off, they simply don't give a toss about their clients and they made it clear all they care about is money.
Be aware, if you've been given a low quality service – they will simply charge you again if you want it corrected. Customer satisfaction does not matter at all.
It's a shame. I used to recommend them because I thought they were reliable. No more.
