Google Bad Review 1:  I wanted a small mole removed from my face. I was told the scaring would heal after 3 months. however, it’s been a year and now I have dark patch on my face where the mole used to be. I consulted prefect image about the issue. The specialist that done the procedure blamed my European heritage (Spanish & Portuguese) and stated that this was likely to happen since I was olive skinned. I then asked if he could suggest any creams or options to help the pigmentation disappear. He said he could only suggest his own high end (expensive) brand and made it clear it may still not work.

overall, I would not recommend having any procedures done at perfect image if you are European or olive skinned. since you’ll be left with pigmentation scars that look worse than your initial issue.

Google Bad Review (2):  I have no doubt Dr Silva will say I am not a patient of his and he doesn't know my name!! like Dr Silva has said on other people's bad reviews!!

Dr Silva told me on the phone the consultation would be (free) but when I went to Perfect Image Consultants for the consultation regards to having a mole removed above my eyebrows I was charged £50 for consultants fee by Dr Silva and told me to pay him in (cash) when I ask why in cash Dr Silva laughed and replied darling so I won't get taxed for this money!! also charged me £255 for mole removal when he said and advertised it would be for £80. I paid this on my credit card!! Dr Silva has left me with a really bad large scar, all my family and friends are really angered by this situation and told me to seek legal action so I am now taking matters further as I have been told by a solicitor that I have a good case to sue for damages.

EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM PERFECT IMAGE CONSULTANTS. I wouldn't recommend Dr Silva's services to anybody, keep away from Perfect Image Consultants everybody if you know what is good for you. And I am NOT your Darling or Honey. Dr Silva is NOT professional and doesn't know how to speak to clients/potential clients in a professional manner!! old frail little man that still thinks he is 20 years old!! Dr Silva is very old, crazy, unprofessional and really needs to stop practicing. It's clear Dr Silva is just money hungry and out to ruin people's body/life!!
