Google Bad Review 1: They provide a bad service. every time drivers argument at skip clearing it’s overloaded and demanding for extra money I didn’t recommend to others.

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible service from office workers all round.
Used this company exclusively for wait and loads and skip licenses across 4 different sites for more than 6 months and even then, office workers could not have been more ill-mannered. It does not matter if you are a big company or small, if you spend 20k or 1k, office workers are unprofessional and they will easily start a fight with you if you try to complain.
Was also charged more than the usual price without notice or being told the price difference. Again, once I complained, they had the audacity to send me the price increase my letter that was never sent beforehand. Another laughable story: had to call them a couple of times to warn them they had forgotten to charge me while they went ahead on saying that I was mistaken, that a skip had not been booked for the site- when the skip had clearly just left the location. They will also try to charge you twice if you pay cash to the driver- Keep your receipts!! Their excuse is that they do not check the drivers log (???).
As a director, I would like to advise the directors of this company to have a close look at what kind of professionals they hire to deal with customers, as this will certainly ruin most of their returning customers.
My company was a loyal customer to Mannswaste and we tried to cope with the unfit professionals of this company for half a year. Unfortunately, as time goes by, it only gets worse. At the end, it's just dreadful to call them to even book anything, as I knew the terrible customer service I would receive.
Hope this comment at least helps management to train the team better.
