Google Good Review: I had an aunt who was here a for a year and some months, I loved the way she was taken care of. The staff are very warm and welcoming and took very good care of my aunt. I am glad she was in the safe hands of the staff of cherry Orchard. A spotless/clean facility, very short wait time to visit with loved ones. staff friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Google Bad Review: Not the nicest of places , residents just left to their own devices, or left in bed with no motivation to get up , whilst visiting my grandmother another resident walked in partly dressed , on trying to summon staff they were just sitting down chatting amongst their selves , before my grandmother was transferred here she was fairly mobile but was a 2 person job, I asked staff why she was still in bed, to be told…she doesn't want to get up !!! She hadn't been washed or changed and this was at 3pm!!!! I asked them to get her in to her chair to be told , their busy at the moment an hour later she was still in bed. The place smells strongly of urine , some of the staff are just absolutely lazy, my grandmother was as miserable as sin in this place , hardly any entertainment for them , no motivation , no dignity, respect nothing really, this is a very very sad, miserable place, when you raise concerns they are ignored,
