Google Bad Review:  I rented a van from this company as I was giving business to local company but it was a nightmare I was about to receive. The guys on the phone have got the worst customer service, they will hung up on you before you've even finished your inquiry. The guys are so rude when you come in the office to complain about the way they use you card details.

And when they take money off your card BE VERY CAREFUL AS THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OFF ANY TIME they so wish.
I had the van for 3 months but wanted it for 6 months but couldn't carry on as it was really difficult in terms of communication regarding them taking money off my bank card without my authority.

And when i got to return the van, I was told it had a couple of dents, I got an independent dent remover and he said there was no dent on the bonnet on the van EVEN WHEN the guy at the Big White Cube insisted there was a dent. He said he would find out about the cost of removing the invisible dent.
He argued and after that he reminded me that he had my card details and he would take as much as £1000 if he wanted from my bank card for repainting the van.

It was a red van, he also said on checking the van that it had scratches on the door, when i told him that these scratches where there when i took the van out 3 months ago, he said aaaahh,.. no i don't think it was and remember i have got your deposit so am going use that to get rid of the scratches.

ALSO be very vigilant to take photos on the day of renting the van if you happen to get one from as they will ask you to sign an insurance waiver but when you return the van back, it becomes a waiver on scratches and dents. I was using my own insurance but when I returned the van I was told my £250 was going to be used on repainting the bonnet, when I asked the guy whether to repaint the bonnet it would cost £250 , he said also in the lower side of the BUMPER, there is a cover missing and he is going to use the same money and if he wants more he will take more money from you bank card to fix the van.

And when you ask him if I would speak to the manager, he says ” I am not Obliged to say”so he cannot tell you. I
And he says if you want to complain, just write a letter and send to the company, but it can't be addressed to anyone.

I have written to the BVRLA as they claim to me members but they are rip off.

Google Bad Review (2):  Vehicle confirmed via telephone booking and informed a Transit 17 seater available for the weekend, the month ahead and deposit of £250 taken, and then the £350 on day of vehicle pick up informed vehicle is actually a 9 seater. No such explanation and a total lie from the desk. A complete con vehicle leasing company. Totally unacceptable and surely a company to avoid the full disappointment!!
