Google Bad Review: I was reffered by ENT as well as neurologist to a Neurosurgery in Queens. I have recently received letter stating that I've missed my appointment even though I haven't received the initial appointment letter. The neurosurgery secretary was very unhelpful, said I'm calling her private mobile (how would I potentially know it if I dial hospital number) and she cannot provide with any information. I was trying to explain that I haven't received the appointment letter. She said: we don't know that, do we? Got to be reffered again. Only God knows how long I've been waiting for this appointment. Such a shame. Seems like pandemic backlog also affects their logistics even though they try blame it on us, patients.
