Absolutely diabolical surgery!!! The phone lines are always busy and they lie about answering phone calls all day!!! My wife was on the line for 1h and 3mins in position number 1 in the queue because a incompetent doctor did not send her prescription to the pharmacy yet sent a text saying her prescription is ready at the pharmacy !!! How does one be in position number 1 for 1h3mins??? She then proceeded to stay on the line and go to the gp, to her surprise no one on reception was picking up they were just chatting to themselves while they could hear the phone ringing!! And then to my wife’s surprise the lady at the front desk (Sharon) tells her “oh we have been answering phone calls since 8am”.

A few mins later an elderly patient came in crying her eyes out because of how bad their phone lines are and all Sharon did was give her tissues!!

This GP needs to go under administrative review ASAP. They do not care about their patients at all
