Google Bad Review 1:  Asked, and confirmed on- line that we required wash and fold. Everything was dry- cleaned, ironed and placed on hangers. Even Lycra items that were specifically “ do not dry clean”. The stain on one item was still there but, dry cleaned ironed and on a hanger. I hand washed this item with shampoo and water in the hotel bathroom sink, and the stain came out. So, how clean were the other items? The price was 3x higher than we expected too, due to the unwanted and specifically not asked for service.
Would not recommend that anyone uses Hamlet laundry ☹️

Google Bad Review (2):  We have made them clear that we need return on the day we discuss as we had an event over the weekend and we need items it day before as we need to hang curtains etc. Yes, they did deliver curtains but without hooks so we had to come over the weekend to make sure venue is ready. Very rude and unprofessional, never received apology or and discount due to delivery failure. We definitely do not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

I had specific asked for her to be booked with a woman as it would make my mum much more comfortable and had even chose a later date as their was no earlier appointments with a woman, but when I asked my mum later how was her massage appointment she told me it was with a man which made her very uncomfortable. I am extremely unhappy with this service ruined what would have been a nice birthday present
