Google Bad Review 1: The worst customer service. They are NOT consistent and responsible. My experience with them was so disappointing. Due to them I was about to end up homeless as they canceled the property that I was about to rent literally last minute. I would never trust this agency again.

Google Bad Review (2): The property I live in is managed by Brian Thomas. They are absolutely useless as managing agents – they can't deal with simple repair requests and it takes forever to get anything done. They don't know how to prepare an AST contract and lie about clauses they put in there themselves as being non-binding – when the legal opinion I obtained myself confirms all clauses are binding. The “accounts manager” Sherry refuses to answer to my emails and the “director” Paul tends to respond in a very emotional and threatening way, sometimes at night hours – his responses so far were hugely unprofessional and poorly worded. I'm reporting this company to ARLA, hopefully they won't be doing much business any longer.
